Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer must send ARIBERTO UNO SRL a communication to this effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address

or use the appropriate return form .

In case of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products to ARIBERTO UNO SRL within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal itself:
- Using the easy return, with a contribution of EUR 15, deducted from the refunded amount. In this case, the collection and shipping will be organized by ARIBERTO UNO SRL
- By independently shipping the goods to the following address

- By returning the goods directly to De Santis by Martin Alvarez in Milan, via Ariberto 1, 20123 Milan, Italy, at no cost, giving prior notice to info@desantisalvarez.com.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt, taking care not to leave traces of make-up and/or fragrances, in compliance with the conditions set out below:
- the right of withdrawal may be applied to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not in fact possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: accessories, complements, etc.);
- for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact, clean and odorless and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, seals, etc.);
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, FiloBlu will notify the Customer, to allow him/her to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him/her and obtain the relevant reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;
- FiloBlu will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss occurring during or in any way dependent on the return shipment.
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products for which the customer has requested customization.
Vigevano Srl will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the amount debited, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said refund. FiloBlu may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer demonstrates that the product has been correctly returned, if earlier.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where ARIBERTO UNO SRL ascertains that:
- the returned product shows obvious signs of use, dirt or odors;
- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
- the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, ARIBERTO UNO SRL will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
