Shipping

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order and will be prepared and handed over to the courier (DHL, TNT or UPS, depending on the destination), at the cost specifically indicated on the Website before the Order is submitted. ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. reserves the right to accept or refuse delivery requests outside the borders of Italy or Europe. In any event, for deliveries outside Italy, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Customers may also collect their orders directly from the stores in Milan and Salerno.

For deliveries to countries that are not members of the European Union, any import duties and customs charges shall be borne by the recipient. Customers are therefore advised to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the applicable costs and any import restrictions.

The delivery times indicated by ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. are purely indicative. Any delay beyond these times, or any delivery made through subsequent partial shipments, shall not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or to request compensation or indemnification.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer must check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document;

that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet and has not otherwise been altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or the information provided, must be immediately noted by making a specific statement on the delivery document to be returned to the courier.

Any issues concerning the physical condition, conformity or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with the procedures set out in this document.

Payments

The prices indicated on the Website include taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees will in all cases be communicated to the Customer in advance through the Website or these Terms and Conditions.

The following payment methods are available:

(i) PayPal

The Customer may use the PayPal payment system to pay for the purchase, in accordance with PayPal's specific terms and procedures.

(ii) Credit Card

For purchases made by credit card, the transaction may be processed through the secure server of PayPal or Nexi - Xpay.

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. be able to access the Customer's credit card information. Such information is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank or financial institution processing the transaction.

No ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. computer system will store such data. Therefore, ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. shall under no circumstances be held liable for any fraudulent or unauthorised use of credit cards by third parties during the payment process.

(iii) Cash on Delivery (only for collection at the atelier)

In the case of payment by cash on delivery, payment must be made at the time the purchased products are delivered.
