Refund policy
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from these Terms and Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide any explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer must send ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. a notice to this effect within the aforementioned period by email to:

In the event of withdrawal, the Customer may return the products to ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal by:
Using the facilitated return service, for a fee of EUR 15, which will be deducted from the refund amount. In this case, the collection and shipment will be arranged by ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L.

Returning the goods directly to De Santis by Martin Alvarez, Via Ariberto 1, 20123 Milan, Italy, free of charge, provided that prior notice is given by email to info@desantisalvarez.com.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (bags and boxes). They must have been handled and, where applicable, used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, exercising ordinary care and ensuring that there are no signs of wear or dirt and taking care not to leave any traces of make-up and/or fragrances, in accordance with the following conditions:
The right of withdrawal may be exercised only in relation to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only with respect to part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, complementary items, etc.).
In order for the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be intact, clean and free of odours and must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the outer packaging, any documentation and additional accessories such as labels, tags, seals, etc.).
In the event that the goods are damaged during transport, ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. will notify the Customer so that the Customer can promptly file a claim with the courier selected by the Customer and obtain the relevant compensation. The product will therefore be made available to the Customer, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled at the same time.
ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during, or otherwise in connection with, the shipment of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalised at the Customer's request.
ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. shall refund the Customer the full amount already paid, excluding any additional shipping costs pursuant to Article 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/2014, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any event, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. may suspend the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Customer provides proof that the product has been correctly returned, whichever occurs first.
In any event, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal if ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. determines that:
the returned product shows clear signs of use, dirt or odours;
the returned product and/or its accessories and/or packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
the product is missing any integral components and/or accessories (e.g. fasteners, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited, ARIBERTO UNO S.R.L. will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the sender the shipping costs and, if the purchase price has already been refunded, the price of the product as well.
