FW 22/23 FASHION SHOW

After two years of stand by, De Santis Alvarez returns to the fashion show live. The fashion show on May 27, 2022 officially marked the maison's return to the Milanese scene. For this special return, Martin Alvarez, creative designer of De Santis Alvarez, chose to share the collection at The Beach Club, historically one of the reference points of Milanese nightlife, in a suggestive setting inside a spectacular garden.

The common thread of the collection is THE ETERNAL FASHION GAME, a hymn to timeless style , underlined by the elegant and decisive lines of the tailored silhouettes.

"A wave of the magic wand makes geometries flexible.
Everything is transformed. The archetypes enter the still rigid and come out liquid. The double-breasted jacket is transferred to longuette dresses
The collar bands decide whether to remain abandoned on the back of the tapestry sheath dress or to form a tie knot.
Tartans become origami. A snip of scissors opens the sleeve. Inside out. What was underneath emerges with its colors and its shiny texture: sap green, cyclamen pink, cerulean.
Rounded panels like paper dolls cut the urban brocade. The bark effect dismantles the obedient sequence of the pleats. Piping becomes a lexicon.
Closes the hems. Draws perimeters and diagonals. Like a brilliant midline, it follows the aplomb of the baby pink cashmere coat"
